Jawahir-ul-Quran

Jamia Jawahir-ul-Quran, Saleem Khan, District Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Pakistan) is a purely religious, educational and reformatory institution. This blessed institution began approximately 23 years ago from a small mosque, which gradually progressed into a full-fledged Jamia. It has been rendering outstanding services in the field of religious education and training. Approximately 1500 students study here throughout the year, while during the Quran translation courses, the number rises to approximately 4000. The graduates, adorned with the prayers and guidance of the scholars, spread across various regions of the country carrying the spirit of dawah, reform and revolutionary thought, playing their role in the religious and moral reformation of society.

This Jamia is essentially a continuation of the blessed movement of Shaikh-ul-Hind from the thought of Darul Uloom Deoband, whose purpose is to spread the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah, revive the spirit of spiritual purification, and awaken Islamic consciousness in the Ummah. The foundation of this thought in this region was laid by Shaikh-ul-Quran Allama Muhammad Tahir (Rahmatullah Alayh), whose light is still prominently visible in the educational and reformatory system of this institution today.
